Juntas de sellado para conectores y cables Harting 11 20 003 5456

The Harting 11 20 003 5456 Connector & Cable Seals are molded sealing elements designed to protect electrical and signal connections from dust and moisture. Supplied in black and packaged in sets of 10 pieces, these seals fit compatible Harting connectors and cable assemblies to improve environmental protection and extend the service life of installed interfaces.

Advantages

These connector and cable seals offer a compact design that preserves connector accessibility while providing effective ingress protection. The elastomer material maintains flexibility across a range of temperatures and ensures repeated handling does not cause rapid deterioration. Supplied in a multi-pack, the seals simplify bulk installation and maintenance tasks by providing a consistent sealing solution for multiple assemblies.

Key specifications

• Colour: black
• Package quantity: 10 pieces per pack
• Material type: elastomer sealing compound (flexible)
• Intended use: connector and cable sealing to reduce dust and moisture ingress
• Design features: compact profile for connector accessibility and repeatable installation

How to use

Select the appropriate seal from the pack that matches the connector interface and cable diameter. Fit the seal onto the connector or cable according to the connector manufacturer’s mechanical guidance, ensuring the sealing surface sits flush and there are no twists or folds. After installation, verify that the assembled connection maintains full mechanical engagement and that the seal contacts the mating surfaces uniformly to achieve the intended protection.

Recommendations

Store unused seals in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve elastomer properties. Inspect seals during routine maintenance and replace any seals that show signs of cracking, permanent deformation, or loss of elasticity. For environments with extreme temperatures or aggressive chemicals, confirm material compatibility before extended use.
