Marcato Atlas 180 Slide Máquina de pasta, acero cromado, 10 niveles de grosor, accesorios fettuccine y tagliolini, manual

Hand-cranked pasta making reaches its purest form in the Atlas 180 Slide. Where electric machines can overwork and heat dough, this classic design puts you in complete command of every sheet, from whisper-thin tagliolini to sturdy lasagne. The chrome-plated steel body and anodized aluminum rollers are built to last, while the 180 mm width handles family-sized batches with ease. A ten-position dial steps from 0.6 mm to 4.8 mm, and the integrated dual cutters switch with a simple turn of the side handle. Made in Italy and backed by a 10-year warranty, it is the everyday tool for anyone serious about fresh pasta.

In daily use

Clamp the Atlas 180 Slide to your counter, feed a rested dough ball through the rollers, and turn the crank. Start at the widest setting, fold and re-roll to develop gluten, then step down to your desired thickness. Switch to the integrated cutter by turning the side handle—fettuccine for rich ragù, tagliolini for delicate broths, or leave sheets whole for lasagne and filled pastas. The manual crank gives you tactile feedback no motor can match, and cleanup is simple: brush off flour and wipe with a dry cloth.
