EVER DUO 550 PL is a line-interactive uninterruptible power supply (UPS) with automatic voltage regulation (AVR) and USB interface. Rated at 0.55 kVA (550 VA) / 330 W, it delivers sine-wave output and provides surge protection, short-circuit protection and cold-start capability. The UPS accepts input voltages from 162 to 290 V and supplies regulated output voltage in the 191–253 V range at 50/60 Hz. The compact black tower design includes three C13 AC outlets and a sealed 12 V 5 Ah VRLA battery with natural cooling and IP20 protection.

How to use

Place the UPS on a stable, flat surface with adequate ventilation and connect the input to a mains supply within the specified voltage range. Attach required equipment to the three C13 outlets and, if needed, connect the USB port to a computer for status monitoring. Ensure the internal 12 V battery is installed and charged before relying on battery-backed operation. In case of mains failure the UPS will switch to battery power automatically and emit audible alarms to indicate fault, low battery or overload conditions.

Recommendations

Locate the UPS away from heat sources and moisture, maintain ambient temperature within 0–40 °C and relative humidity within 20–80% during operation. Periodically test the battery and replace it according to the manufacturer’s service interval or when capacity declines. Avoid connecting loads that exceed the rated 330 W output to prevent overload conditions.
