TRILUX Opendo D/H ZLK 01 conector mecánico y eléctrico para líneas de luz continuas

Unlike generic couplers that merely join two luminaires, the TRILUX Opendo D/H ZLK 01 integrates both mechanical locking and electrical pass-through in a single, tool-free module. It is purpose-built for the Opendo D/H linear system, enabling seamless segment-to-segment linking to create uninterrupted light lines or complex geometric structures without additional wiring or visible gaps.

Highlights

• Combined mechanical and electrical connection in one compact unit
• Tool-free installation for fast assembly and reconfiguration
• Precision-engineered for TRILUX Opendo D/H linear luminaires
• Maintains structural integrity across multiple segments
• Black finish blends invisibly with system housing
• IP20 rating for dry indoor environments
• CE compliant for European safety standards

In daily use

Installers appreciate the ZLK 01 because it removes the need for separate junction boxes or loose wiring harnesses. Each connector clicks into the profile ends, aligning contacts and locking the segments firmly. This allows continuous runs of light with consistent spacing and perfect alignment, even when suspended or surface-mounted. For maintenance or layout changes, the connector can be released without special tools, reducing downtime and simplifying reconfiguration of lighting zones.
